• Communications: the contents of emails, text messages, voicemails, contact form submissions, and customer service requests you send us.

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on our website.
• Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, as described in Section 5.
• Basic technical connection logs generated when a device connects to our guest WiFi network.

3 SMS Opt-In Details and Mobile Information

We operate a text messaging program under the business name Permian Basin RV Park, sent from (432) 237-4673.

How We Obtain Your Consent

• By submitting a form on our website in which you manually check one or more consent checkboxes. Consent checkboxes are never pre-selected, and checking them is never required in order to submit the form.
• By providing your mobile number and giving consent during the reservation or registration process, in person or by telephone.
• By sending a text message to our number first, which we treat as your consent to reply.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase, reservation, or service. Consent for marketing messages is collected separately from consent for non-marketing messages, so that you may opt into one, both, or neither.

• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As stated in Section 3, text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described above.

Unsubscribing From Communications

We may continue to send communications necessary to administer an active reservation.

• You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to records we are required to retain by law.

We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time period required by law.
